Fees and funding – Master

Citizens from the Member States of the European Union, the European Economic Area and the Swiss Confederation and/or Foreign Citizens From EU Third Countries, should make the inscription following the requirements found on the university website, INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS section: https://admitere.usamvcluj.ro/international-students/.

For Romanian citizens:

  • An enrollment processing fee of 100 lei will be paid when submitting your application.
  • The enrollment fee is 30 lei, to be paid when signing the study contract;
  • The tuition fee is 4500 lei per year. A minimum of 10% will be paid when signing the study contract. The annual tuition fee can be paid in a maximum of 4 installments.

For UE citizens:

  • An enrollment processing fee of 150 euro will be paid when submitting your application (please consult the university website, international students section, to check the payment modalities);
  • The enrollment fee is 30 lei, to be paid when signing the study contract;
  • The tuition fee is 4500 lei per year. A minimum of 10% will be paid when signing the study contract. The annual tuition fee can be paid in a maximum of 4 installments.For UE students the tuition fee is 4500 lei per year. A minimun of 10% will be paid when signing the study contract. The annual tuition fee can be paid in a maximum of 4 installments.

For NON-UE citizens:

  • An enrollment processing fee of 150 euro will be paid when submitting your application (please consult the university website, international students section, to check the payment modalities);
  • The enrollment fee is 30 lei, to be paid when signing the study contract;
  • The tuition fee is 3000 euro per year. A minimum of 10% will be paid when signing the study contract. The annual tuition fee can be paid in a maximum of 4 installments.
